northern beaches

If there is one word that sums up Sydney’s Northern Beaches, it is lifestyle. This narrow strip of coastal suburbs runs from Manly on Sydney Harbour to Barrenjoey Headland at the entrance to Broken Bay and Pittwater, and it has everything to offer. Surfing, sailing, kayaking, mountain bike riding, hiking, hang-gliding, horse riding as well as a growing food and cafe culture – or if you prefer, some plain old fashioned ‘getting away from it all’.

While there is no rail service to the Northern Beaches, the area has well-established infrastructure and services including public and private hospitals and schools, TAFE colleges. Warringah Mall in Brookvale is the major shopping hub and most suburbs have small local village-style small business and shops, cafe, restaurant hubs and at least one of the major supermarket chains. On the Northern Beaches, you are never far from what you need.

Amanda and Anita live on the beaches and have been involved in real estate here for many years. They have an instinct for where to find exactly what you are looking for at a price that means you won’t miss out.
