A week later we purchased the very first house Amanda knocked on! Amanda negotiated a great price for us, as the owner had no costs they too were happy. We were deliriously happy and still are!

Without Amanda on our side we would undoubtedly still be looking, spending our weekends with the masses, bidding for properties that could go for $200k over reserve at auction. Our only regret is that we didn’t employ Amanda sooner. She is a fantastic buyers’ agent and not only has happy customers, but customers who value her hard work, determination and warm personality. We had been looking for a property for 12 months before we decided to engage a buyer’s agent. Amanda was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and we never looked back! We went from viewing the house to a signed contract in just over 24 hours!

Without Amanda, we would have paid more for our house, or worse still missed out again. Easily worth the fee many times over. But even after the contract was signed, Amanda made sure that everything went smoothly with the settlement and moving in. It’s the value add that really made it an extra special and extra personal experience.
