We accomplish this by meeting with you to fully assess your needs, and develop your personal “Buyers Agent Brief” which you'll use to search for the best real estate for your needs, and your dreams. This one meeting alone can save you days and days of looking at one disappointing property after another.

Say you've found the property you've been looking for. Great, but keep it to yourself, and to Amanda. Tell us first, which gives us the chance to carefully evaluate the property's real value, thanks to our years of experience, our database of Sydney real estate, and our first-hand knowledge of the area (if it's anywhere in Sydney, we know it).

And we'll formulate the most effective strategy to get the property for that price, or less. And when the time comes, as your Sydney real estate Buyers Agent, we'll be on your side for the negotiation or auction, likely saving your many thousands of dollars.
